The Milano range of ready made vertical blinds can be fitted to most windows. Although these blinds are ready made there is such latitude in their design you can custom fit them.
The Lintex design owes its form to the linen effect of the fabric vein, suggesting texture and giving interest to its detail, though that makes it an ideal choice for settings with a neutral décor as it will blend in with any other colour in your room.
For fitting, the solid metal head rail can easily be trimmed to your required width and the vertical veins can be shortened to any length with a simple and inspired system. For shortening the veins, all you need to do is fold the top of the vein around the plastic bar supplied and slide it over the top section to grip the vein. The next simple step is merely to hook the top of the vein into the head rail and trim off any excess. That’s all!
Operating the blind is simple too; you simply pull the draw cords at the end of the blind for opening or closing of the blinds and for angling the slats, just twist the metal chain until they are in the desired position.
The solid metal one piece headrail is powder coated in white for enduring cleanliness and can easily be cut with a hacksaw to fit any recess.
Blinds draw to one side only but you can choose at which side you want that to happen by revolving the headrail 180 degrees prior to securing. The brackets supplied in this pack allow for mounting either top or wall face (in a recess to allow clearance of the veins) and all necessary fixings are included.
